It has a warm eugenol, carnation, smooth powdery vanilla like, cedar and grapefruit taste, with a weak odor of warm eugenol and carnation, as well as some sweeter vanillin notes, incense, nootkatone, slightly cedar like, lovage, celery and a fenugreek dry out. With 99% purity and extremely low farnesol content (<500 ppm), the product is suitable for a broad range of flavor applications including beverages and food.We suggest using it also as a Nootkatone and Vanillin booster.
