I Just Placed An Order; When Will It Ship?

Please allow 1 – 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center from which the product is made.

• The average delivery time is 7 - 10 Business days.

Some circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements are out of control. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience circumstances and delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company’s responsibility.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on this website are final and non-cancellable once confirmed. Due to the nature of our products, which require specific handling and may be subject to subjective evaluation, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, or returns after an order has been processed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. The assessment and evaluation of chemical samples can vary based on individual
criteria and testing conditions.
2. Once a purchase is confirmed, the fulfillment process begins immediately, making
cancellations impracticable.
3. Any concerns regarding product performance or evaluation should be addressed
through proper technical consultation prior to ordering.
